I think there is some funny going on. Someone's got Ryan's ear. Since he's not planning on running again, he's trying to make the most of his power while he has it. I can't believe we have this idiot as an alderman after the mess he was part of on the school board. I'm really starting to hate this town.

This is something I would have missed entirely if not for PW. And while I'm not sure there's anything kinky going on, it still causes me to wonder why anybody would push for this kind of zoning map amendment for that area and when there is no owner or developer asking for it.

It's a weak attempt at populism. Benedict Ryan isn't used to not being loved and adored, as was his experience when he served on the D64 Board of Ed.

Don't feel bad about beating up on Aldermope Ryan, he makes it so easy!

Say Robert, why not convene a panel of experts or hire a consultant to conduct a study to help you decide what to support in terms of land use over at Audrey's? And don't forget beforehand to hire a consultant to help pick the consultant who will perform the study. Huh??

Seriously, Robert... come on, what's your real motivation?
