I don't know what to say about a lot of these things. To start out, I don't like to be somebody who's against such things as the redevelopment project Uptown though I am in a sense. Not because it doesn't fit in with the atmosphere of PR or whatever 1 can think of but just travel down Touhy or Northwest HWY. and notice the traffic wich I'm sure is terrible durring rush hours. This huge development will probably cause the traffic to increase when all finished which is why I'm troubled by it. Maybe if it wasn't so large I might be more supportive of it.
Maybe this is why some here including are against the project though I'm also bother by Mr. Baldaccchino's actions of filing a suit at the last minute which costed everyone money. The good thing about the new development is it should ease taxes and perhaps help the bussinesses Uptown though so far reading the papers I've never read anyone claiming they either suppoert it or if they're completly against it. I haven't heard to many residents voicing how they feel. Where as I use to look through old PR papers at the library and remember seeing various things that were purposed which never went though as a result of resistance by the citizens. Wonder why?

I certainly like to know why and even find out how much is this Uptown Redevelopment needed or wanted. sometimes I wonder if part of the reason for it is there are those who just don't like the fact PR is so quiet and some of this is being done just to rearrage things to satisfy one's selfishness.
